What is the Cargo Bag

The load bag is the section of the Truckscanner application where you can view all available transport requests published by customers. Here you will find the loads that need transport and you can evaluate which you may interest in your business.

How to Access the Cargo Bag

  1. Access the applicationthrough your account
  2. Locate the side menuto the left of the screen
  3. Search for the section "Marketplace"and click on it
  4. Then click on the item "Load Bag"to access the full list

Understand the Interface of the Cargo Bag

Structure of the Main Table


The interface has an organized table with the following columns:

  • Buyer:company name of the customer company
  • Withdrawal: city and pick-up address
  • Delivery: city and delivery address
  • Date of delivery: when the load must be withdrawn and delivered
    • Flexible date (two or more days): highlighted in green
    • Tax date (one specific day): highlighted in orange
  • Type of goods: product category of cargo
  • Weight: Total load weight in kilograms
  • Distance to United States: km distance between pick-up and destination
  • View more: button to see details

Area Filters

At the top of the screen you will find:

  • Section "Filters"always visible to refine the search
  • button "Reset filters"to remove all active filters
  • Specific research fieldsfor every criterion

How to Use Search Filters

Access to Filters

  1. Locate the area "Filters"at the top of the page
  2. The filters arealways expanded and visibleto facilitate use

Filters Available

Filter for Special Goods

  1. Click on the "Special Merce" drop-down menu
  2. Select from the listthe categories that interest you:
    • Dangerous goods
    • High value goods
    • Waste
    • Food & Goods
  3. Confirm the selection- the results update automatically

Other Research Filters

  • Date of load: sets the time period
  • Geographical area: Specific departure and destination and its preferable distance radius
  • Weight: define the limits for your means
  • Type of goods: filter by product categories

Reset Filters

  1. Locate the "Reset filters" buttonin red in the filter area
  2. Click onceto remove all active filters
  3. It is a lot ofthat the table updates with all available loads

How to View Details of a Load

Open the Detail tab

  1. Scroll through the tableto find the load of interest
  2. Click directly on any cellof the load line
  3. It will open automaticallya modular side window with all the details

Visible Information in the Detail Sheet


The modal window contains:
  • Basic information of the Client
  • Full load details: Type, size, quantity, weight, etc.
  • Withdrawal and delivery information: Province of withdrawal and destination province.
Alert
For privacy reasons, the exact withdrawal and destination addresses will be made public only at the time of awarding the order and related issue of the transport order to the platform.
  • Delivery dates: taxation or flexibility
  • Distance and Total load weight
  • Specific requirements: type of vehicle required, loading and unloading equipment, additional services required, etc.

Close the Detail Card

  1. Click on the "X" buttonat the top right of the modal window
    Or click outside the areaof the modal window
  2. You will return automaticallyat the main view of the loaded bag

Open a negotiation (Vectors and Shippers)

Click below:
  1. "I'm soSend a messageto request more information from the Client and open a chat
  2. "I'm soMake an offerto send an offer directly to the Client
This will open a negotiation window, explained in a special article in our Help Center, to both parties with all the necessary economic information and a chat dedicated to the exchange of messages.

Organization of Research

  1. Always start with filtersto narrow the field
  2. Filter by geographical areaif you have favorite routes

Resolution Common Problems

The Table Do not load

  1. Check the internet connection
  2. Charge the pagepressing F5
  3. Check that there are no filters too restrictive

I don't see Uploads Available

  1. Remove all filtersusing "Reet filters"
  2. Make sure you are in the correct section(Cargo bag)

The Detail Window Not Opens

  1. Make sure you click directly on a cellof the table
  2. Make sure your browser does not block popups
  3. Charge the pageif necessary

Difficulty with Filters

  1. Clear filters one at a timeto identify problems
  2. Use the "Reet" button in redto start again
  3. Charge the pageif the filters do not respond
