The Load Board is the section of the Truckscanner application where you can view all available transport requests published by shippers. Here you will find freight that needs to be transported, allowing you to evaluate which loads match your business needs.
Navigation from the Main Menu
Log in to the application using your account.
Locate the sidebar menu on the left side of the screen.
Find the "Marketplace" section and click on it.
Then click on "Load Board" (or "Borsa carichi") to access the complete list.
Main Table Structure The interface features an organized table with the following columns:
Shipper: Company name of the shipping company.
Pickup: City and address of collection.
Delivery: City and address of destination.
Delivery Date: When the load must be picked up and delivered.
Flexible Date (two or more days): Highlighted in green.
Fixed Date (specific day): Highlighted in orange.
Goods Type: Category of the cargo.
Weight: Total weight of the load in kilograms.
Distance: Distance in km between pickup and destination.
View: Button to view details.
Filter Area At the top of the screen, you will find:
"Filters" Section: Always visible to refine your search.
"Reset Filters" Button: To remove all active filters.
Specific Search Fields: For each criterion.
Accessing Filters Locate the "Filters" area at the top of the page. The filters are always expanded and visible to facilitate use.
Available Filters Special Goods Filter
Click on the "Special Goods" dropdown menu.
Select the categories you are interested in from the list:
Dangerous goods (ADR)
High-value goods
Waste
Foodstuffs
Confirm selection – results update automatically.
Other Search Filters
Loading Date: Set the time frame.
Geographic Area: Specify departure/destination and preferred radius.
Weight: Define limits for your vehicle.
Goods Type: Filter by merchandise categories.
Resetting Filters
Locate the red "Reset Filters" button in the filter area.
Click once to remove all active filters.
Wait for the table to update with all available loads.
Opening the Detail Card
Scroll through the table to find a load of interest.
Click directly on any cell of the load's row.
A modal window (side panel) will automatically open with all details.
Information Visible in the Detail Card The modal window contains:
Basic Shipper Information.
Complete Load Details: Type, dimensions, quantity, weight, etc.
Pickup and Delivery Information: Pickup province and destination province.
Note: For privacy reasons, exact pickup and destination addresses will be made public only upon assignment of the job and issuance of the relative Transport Order on the platform.
Delivery Dates: Fixed or flexible.
Distance and Total Weight.
Specific Requirements: Type of vehicle required, loading/unloading equipment, additional services required, etc.
Closing the Detail Card
Click the "X" button at the top right of the modal window.
Or click outside the modal window area.
You will automatically return to the main Load Board view.
Click at the bottom:
"Send a message" to request more information from the Shipper and open a chat.
"Make an offer" to send a direct offer to the Shipper.
Doing so will open a Negotiation window (explained in a dedicated article in our Help Center) available to both parties, containing all necessary financial information and a dedicated chat for exchanging messages.
Organizing Your Search
Always start with filters to narrow down the field.
Filter by geographic area if you have preferred routes.
Set weight limits compatible with your vehicle.
Check dates to plan your trips.
Evaluating Opportunities
Always examine complete details before deciding.
Verify the compatibility of the load with your vehicle.
Check for special requirements (licenses, equipment).
Evaluate the economic viability of the transport.
Fast Navigation
Use arrow keys to scroll through the table quickly.
Memorize the most used filters to save time.
Keep multiple tabs open to compare different loads.
The Table Won't Load
Check your internet connection.
Reload the page by pressing F5.
Check that there are no overly restrictive filters.
I Don't See Available Loads
Remove all filters using "Reset Filters".
Verify you are in the correct section (Load Board).
The Detail Window Won't Open
Make sure you click directly on a cell within the table.
Check that your browser is not blocking pop-ups.
Reload the page if necessary.
Difficulty with Filters
Clear filters one by one to identify problems.
Use the red "Reset" button to start over.
Reload the page if filters do not respond.
