Transport Orders on Truckscanner

After accepting an offer, the Truckscanner system automatically generates a transport order (loading mandate) in PDF format. This section allows you to manage all operational aspects of confirmed jobs.

How to access Transport Orders

To view your confirmed transport orders:

  1. Access the left side menu of the application
  2. Click on "Marketplace" to expand the section
  3. Select "Transport orders" from the list of options

The page will display a table with all transport orders generated from accepted offers.

Information available in the main view

The main transport orders screen presents:

  • Tabular list of all confirmed orders
  • Search bar at the top to quickly find specific orders
  • Icons (on the right of each table row)

If no orders are present, the message "No results" will be displayed with an informative icon.

Transport Order Details

Accessing complete details

To view the details of a specific order:

  1. Find the order in the main table
  2. Click on the order row to open the side detail modal

Information contained in the modal

The side modal contains all order information, including:

  • Client and carrier data
  • Goods details (weight, dimensions, contents)
  • Pickup and delivery information
  • Transport information (vehicle plates)
  • Chat between parties for further technical coordination
  • Economic conditions of the agreement
  • Date and time of order generation

Managing precise addresses

When to enter detailed addresses

At the time of offer acceptance, the client must declare precise address information for pickup and delivery if they were not specified when entering the initial request.

Procedure to complete addresses

If precise addresses have not been entered:

  1. The system will request the client to complete the information
  2. Enter missing data via guided form
  3. Confirm information before finalisation

The Client can enter the exact address or company names in the search bar. If the latter are present in Google Maps, the dropdown menu will also propose them as additional identifiers for the Carrier.

Privacy note: If already entered when creating the load request, precise addresses are not shown publicly until an offer is accepted.

Entering plates and managing POD

Managing vehicle plates

As a carrier, you have the option by clicking on the van icon to:

  • Enter the plates of vehicles used for transport
  • Update data at any time before execution

Uploading the Proof of Delivery

To formally complete the job:

  1. Click on the document icon
  2. Upload the proof of delivery document
  3. Attach the file in PDF or image format
  4. Confirm the upload to finalise the procedure

The POD (Proof of Delivery) serves as evidence of job completion and completes the transport documentation cycle.

This document can be downloaded by the client at any time by clicking on the icon.

Download Transport Order PDF

With one click on the icon, you can download the PDF of the transport order generated between the parties containing all details of the request and accepted offer.

Cancellation procedures

Conditions for cancellation

A transport order can only be cancelled if:

  • Both parties (client and carrier) agree
  • Misunderstandings or unforeseen events make execution impossible
  • The operational pickup phase has not yet begun

Cancellation procedure

To request cancellation:

  1. Access the specific order from the "Transport orders" page
  2. Click the "Request cancellation" button
  3. Wait for confirmation from the counterparty
  4. The order will only be cancelled with consent from both parties

Alert
Important: If one party requests cancellation but the other does not agree, the transport order remains valid and must be executed according to the original agreements.

Additional features

Order PDF download

Each order can be downloaded in PDF format for:

  • Archiving in company systems
  • Sending to offices and operators
  • Documentation of commercial operations

History and traceability

The system maintains a complete history of:

  • Date and time of order generation
  • Changes made to data
  • Conditions agreed between parties
