- Enter emails and passwords
- Select the company if you manage more than one

- Press Enter to start search
Notifications (Campanella)
Menu Company
- Click on the company name at the top right
- Change company if you have more than one
- "Register another company" to add it

- Click on your photo/initial
- "Ligion links" for privacy and terms
- "Disconnect" to go out

1. Company Profile (Box Grande to Left)
Information Displaying:
- Company name with verification symbol (✓)
- Company logo (if uploaded)
- Email, PEC, phone
- Operational headquarters address
- Invoice and number of employees (automatic data)
Completion Profile (8 Task):
- Progress bar showing % completion
- Important:You must complete all tasks to get the verified badge
Task to Complete:

✓ Goods Availability Goods
- Click to configure types of goods you transport
- Select: generic, special (ATP, ADR, HACCP), specifications
✓ Covered Areas
- Click to define operating areas
- Select regions/nations where you work
✓ Locations and Warehouses
- Click to add operating locations
- Insert warehouses and operating points
✓ Type Fleet
- Click to configure your means
- Select: vans, engines, articulated, trucks
- Indicates specializations (fridge, ADR, etc.)
✓ Register and REN Codes
- Click to enter/check codes
- System automatically verifies validity
✓ Certifications and Documents
- Fondamentalto be verified
- DURC and RC Cargo Cargo (mandatory)
- Add specialist documents if necessary
✓ Badge Verified
- It activates after verification of all documents
- Manual control of the Truckscanner team
- Receive confirmation emails
How to Complete Tasks:

- Fill out all the required data

- Save to update progress

- Click "Invite"
- The person will receive invitation emails

How to Use the Dashboard - Basic Procedure
First Use (FONDAMENTAL)
- Complete ALL 8 tasksin the company profile section
- Upload mandatory documents(DURC + RC Vector)
- Appearance verificationof the team (except emails)
- Get verified badges
- Start searching for loadsin the marketplace
Newspaper
- Check notificationsfor new opportunities
- Go to the Marketplaceto search loads
- Manage negotiationsin "My negotiations"
- Monitora ordersin "My Orders of Transport"
Research and Offer Uploads
- Click "Go to the Marketplace"
- Apply filters (origin, destination, type of goods)
- Click on interesting request
- Read details of the load
- Click "Make Offer" if interested
- Write message if you have any questions
- Send offer with price
Management
- Get response notification
- Go to "My Negotiations"
- Click on the active negotiation
- Use the chat to communicate
- Change offer if required
- Wait for confirmation of acceptance
Confirmed Orders Management
- Order creates automatically when offered accepted offer
- Go to "My Orders of Transport"
- See details of the order
- Download PDF documents
- Confirmation and delivery on the platform

Resolution Common Problems
I do not receive loads/opportunities
- Make sure you have completed all 8 tasks
- Check that you get the verified badge
- Make sure that covered areas and product types are configured
I can't make offers
- Complete the profile 100%
- Upload mandatory documents
- Wait for team verification
Documents refused
- Check that they are valid
- Scanning/photo quality verification
- Recharge correct version
I don't see orders after acceptance offer
- Go to "My Orders of Transport"
- Update the page
- Contact support if it does not appear
