How to access "My network"
- Log in to the Truckscanner application via browser
- Locate the left sidebar
- Click on the Network section in the side menu
- Select My network from the submenu
The page will display a table with all companies already in the network.

Main elements
The "My network" page features the following elements:
- Header with the title "My network"
- "Groups" button (grey) to manage groups
- "Import network" button (grey) for bulk import from Excel
- "New" button (green) to add a single contact
- Search field to filter contacts
- Contacts table with columns: Company, Contact person, Email, Groups
For each company in the network, the following is visible:

How to add a new company
Method 1: Automatic search
- Click the New button (green) at the top right
- In the "Search company" field, type the company name or VAT number
- Select the company from the results list
- The system will automatically fill in available data
- Enter the Contact person name and Email
- Select one or more Groups (optional)
- Click Save to confirm
Note: Automatic search draws from public databases. If the company is not found, manual entry is possible.
Method 2: Manual entry
- Click the New button
- Click on "enter manually" (orange link)
Fill in all required fields:
- Company name
- VAT number (optional)
- Contact person name
- Email
- Groups
- Click Save

What happens when adding a carrier
If the added company is already registered on Truckscanner:
- It is automatically linked to the network
- Requests can be shared immediately
- Verified documents are accessible
If the company is not yet registered:
- When a request is shared, they receive an invitation email
- They can register for free and submit quotes
- Once registered, the link is made automatically
How to import multiple companies at once
For those who already have a contact database, everything can be imported at once:
- Click the Import network button (grey)
- Download the provided Excel template (if needed)
Fill in the file with company data:
- Company name (required)
- VAT number
- Contact person name
- Email
- Group (if present, created automatically)
- Upload the file in the import window
- Wait for import completion
- Check the import report (rows imported / errors)
Note: Import accepts CSV files.
How to manage Groups
Groups are essential for organising carriers and sharing requests in a targeted way.
Why create groups
Groups allow classifying carriers by:
- Geographic area: "Northern Italy", "Central-South", "International"
- Transport type: "Refrigerated", "ADR", "Exceptional loads"
- Vehicle type: "Articulated trucks", "Vans", "Road trains"
- Business relationship: "Long-term partners", "New suppliers", "Spot"
How to create a new group
- Click the Groups button at the top
- The group management window opens
- Click New group
- Enter the group name
- Save
How to assign companies to a group
During entry:
- In the "Save Company" form, select groups from the "Groups" dropdown
- Multiple groups can be selected simultaneously
For already entered companies:
- Click the edit icon (pencil) in the company row
- Modify assigned groups
- Save
Bulk edit:
- Select multiple companies from the table (checkboxes)
- Click Change groups in the actions menu
- Select groups to add
- Confirm
How to share requests with the Network
This is the most powerful Network feature: sharing a transport request with all carriers in one or more groups with a single click.
Sharing process
- Create and publish a transport request (from Trade orders or Create request)
- In the My requests section, locate the published request
- Click the share icon (users icon) in the request row
- The "Share request" window opens
- Select the Groups to notify and/or individual Contacts
- Click Share
What happens after sharing
- Each selected carrier receives an email notification with request details
- If the carrier is registered, they can access and submit a quote directly
- If the carrier is not registered, they receive a free registration invitation
- All quotes arrive in the My requests section
- Negotiation continues in the integrated chat

Company list: finding new suppliers
In addition to the personal network, Truckscanner provides the Company list: a directory of all companies registered on the platform.
How to access
- In the side menu, click Network
- Select Company list

- Keyword search: company name, description
- City and distance: to find carriers in specific areas
- Verified: filter only companies with verified badge
- Type: Carrier or Shipper
- Vehicle types: types of vehicles available
- Special goods: ADR, ATP, HACCP, etc.
- Covered areas: geographic areas served
- Validated documents: filter by specific documents
Adding a company to your Network
- Find the desired company in the list
- Click View to open the public showcase
- From the showcase, click Add to network
My showcase: the public profile
The My showcase section allows managing the company's public page, visible to other platform users.
